Idaho's Clearwater River is not known for producing large numbers of steelhead but for the magnificent size of the fish. While other rivers in the inland northwest have gained reputations for high count days, the Clearwater has the reputation of producing fish consistently in the 12 to 18 pound size with enough fish in the 20 pound range to keep anglers ever hopeful of catching a trophy B-run steelhead. This album shows examples of fish this river produces.

Fish with those who live by this motto
Anglers fish the Clearwater River because it is famous for producing the large B-run steelhead - Idaho's Steelhead treasure.
